Criteria to participate:

• Adult women who have experienced events that led to shame and identity loss who need a more intensive care option

• Rooted is a 10-week cohort program, meaning all clients begin and end the program together. 

Program schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays- 9:00am - 3:00pm

Fridays- 9:00am - 1:30pm

Next program starts: 

september 16, 2024

PLEASE NOTE: Limited participant slots are available. Please do not move forward with the application unless you can attend all 10 weeks of the program.

ENROLLMENT PERIOD:

may 13, 2024 - september 6, 2024
