Why Do We Run With Lily?

Tragically, Lily Butler lost her life to an eating disorder on July 20, 2021, at only 17 years old.  We run with Lily to keep her memory alive in a way that brings light and gives help, hope, and resources to those in need of mental health support. When we run with Lily, we know we are having a direct impact on the current mental health crisis. Proceeds raised go directly to The Oaks Therapeutic Community to provide mental health counseling services to those in need who might not otherwise be able to afford it.

Join us as we run with Lily to raise awareness for mental health.

Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death among people aged 10-14 and the 3rd leading cause of death among those aged 15-24 in the U.S.  With those numbers equaling real faces and lives, we cannot NOT run with Lily!
