The Oaks' Wellness Model provides a practical, powerful framework to help individuals explore the many ways they can care for one of their body's most important organs- their brain! Mental health is strongly dependent on the health of our brain.
By learning to consistently live out the wellness model, clients heal and strengthen key parts of their brain, which can offer significant improvement in mental health symptoms.
We focus on progress, not perfection! Every day offers a chance to start again and take steps to equip our brains to function at their best.
